In many customer installations, he played a major and pivotal role in rewriting the rule books in scaling the systems well beyond Dynamics NAV’s operational capabilities.  Highstreet retailers such as Hobbycraft, Ryman, Dreams, Carpetright, DFS, Harveys and The White Company are some of the examples of such customers.

Phil has been involved in the Dynamics NAV world for over 22 years. Starting in the ranks of Development and consultancy in the pioneering days of LS retail and at the forefront of its evolution.

He is also extensively experienced in Business Central, Extensions V2, Visual Studio Code, Git and has Extended experience in LS Retail modules and applications (POS, Data Director, Backoffice operations).

More recent experience would be in IMPEX, Financial and Pebblestone modules with integrations such as SalesForce (Demandware) E-Commerce & CRM (Ometria) are one of his specialties.

Kumar is a former accountant and experienced systems analyst with over 17 years in fashion retail, wholesale and hospitality industries and has worked on a wide range of finance and ERP systems. In the last 7 years Kumar has been a consultant delivering Dynamics NAV and BC system solutions across multiple sectors.

He brings in a wealth of knowledge in configuring, designing new and improving existing finance system and business processes with a reputation for ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
